- Fantastic low borders and edging
- Heavy and long flowering
- Easy care
'Baby Pete' is one of Australia's superior dwarf forms of Agapanthus. Famed for its compact nature and hardy performance, 'Baby Pete' is the perfect choice for low borders and edging. Throughout the warmer months, it puts on a bright show of mid-sky-blue flowers. If you are looking for the ideal low growing plant to row down the side of a path or driveway, then this is it!
In full flower 'Baby Pete' extends to a maximum height of only 40-45cm. With a foliage height of only 20cm this is an excellent choice for small gardens and for growing along the front of garden beds. 'Baby Pete' has not known to set seed. After years of trialling across the globe, no viable seed has been observed. This has historically been an issue with Agapanthus, with many varieties causing environmental issues when plants escape into native bushland.
Due to these superior characteristics, Agapanthus 'Baby Pete' has established itself as one of the most popular Agapanthus in Australia for both commercial landscapers and the home gardener.
